Small groups, steady progress

We work with adult beginners, continuing learners, and friends or community groups who want a focused classroom setting. Each term begins with level screening, followed by group and timetable matching, so the course format fits the learner's starting point and schedule.

Our courses follow a written learning plan and include guided peer practice to keep lessons active and practical. Progress depends on starting level, attendance, independent practice, learning needs, and course duration, which is why we keep expectations realistic and the process clear.

Our Story

How We Work

Built for learners who want a clear path, regular feedback, and a group size that leaves room to speak.

Language Ladder was founded in 2017 by Elvin Mammadov to provide language courses and tutoring in a setting where learners can participate, ask questions, and practise without feeling lost in a large class.

Our small-group term course runs for 10 weeks and is planned around fixed pricing per participant for the term. With a capped group size, lessons stay manageable for the tutor and active for the learners.

We also offer beginner small-group courses, elementary and intermediate courses, group conversation workshops, intensive language courses, and private group courses, all designed to support steady classroom learning in Şəmkir.

Why Choose Us

What Sets Our Courses Apart

Practical course design, clear communication, and a group format that supports regular participation.

1

Small Groups

Capped groups keep lessons personal and make it easier for everyone to join in, including quieter learners who need more space to speak.

2

Clear Structure

A written learning plan gives each term a clear direction, so learners know what the course covers and how the lessons are organised.

3

Active Practice

Guided peer practice helps learners use new language in pairs and small activities, with feedback that points to specific grammar, vocabulary, and speaking points.

4

Simple Enrolment

We keep the enrolment process straightforward with inquiry, placement, timetable matching, confirmation, and scheduled lessons that are easy to follow.
